When changing or cancelling contracted days a 4 week notice period is required - the notice period will begin upon receipt of written notice from parent/carer.  Initial non-refundable registration fee for new clients: £50.00 per family, this registration fee must be paid before commencing our service.

We close at 6:00pm, if you are late collecting your child/children then we may charge a late collection fee of £30.00.
This late collection fee applies to both term time and during holidays.

Holiday Care





Care is only guaranteed if a booking form is received and confirmed within the specified booking period.

Sessional full day Care and Emergency Care
 £35.00 per child
This is for instance but not limited to extra government holidays, to cover strike action or election days
(A 10% discount will be applied to each subsequent child attending).

Holiday Care

Please note holiday care must be booked through our online booking system, please contact Head Office for details.  Each holiday has a strict closing date for bookings - bookings taken after that date will incur a £5.00 late booking fee.  Please only bring your child/children to our Holiday Club if you have requested care through our online booking form and you have received an email from MACS confirming your child has a place.
